Federal Skilled Worker Program
Instacan helps you file your Federal Skilled Worker Program visa which is also known as Express Entry Program.
Federal Skilled Worker ( FSW)
Canada is one of the most sought-after destinations for those who want to immigrate. To facilitate candidates interested in permanently living in the country, the Canadian government created Express Entry (EE).
EE is a point-based system for immigration. Through this system, the government created three programs:
the Canadian Experience Class (CEC),
Federal Skilled Workers (FSW), and
Federal Skilled Trades (FST).
Here, we will talk about Federal Skilled Workers (FSW).
FSW is aimed at qualified professionals with foreign work experience, who live in or outside Canada and wish to move permanently to any province in the country, except Quebec.
Quebec Experience Class program
Under the Quebec Experience Class program, individuals with study or work experience in Quebec can permanently immigrate to the province. The students may get a scholarship from private, government, or public institutions in Canada in Quebec province. There are different scholarships available for international students from the institution of their choice.
CEC- Canadian Experience Class
Each immigration program has its own rules and the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is no exception, and although seemingly simple it has its complications. To qualify under the CEC, the candidate must work in Canada for at least one (01) year in a qualified job (NOC 0, A, or B) and meet a level of English or French between 5 and 7 in the Canadian standard depending on the job classification (NOC) to which your job corresponds.
The program under which the work permit was obtained has no impact on the qualification under the CEC, these permits may have been obtained through:
Free trade agreements
As a result of a positive LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment)
Under the postgraduate work permit program
As a dependent of an international student or a skilled worker
Under the International Experience program (Working Holiday)
Those who arrived in Canada with a work permit obtained under an LMIA, have to demonstrate at the time of residency application that they worked with the employer who brought them, that they paid the salary reported in the LMIA, that they worked the number of hours stipulated in the LMIA, who performed the functions stated in the LMIA and who worked at the site specified in the LMIA.
Federal Skilled Trades Program
The Federal Skilled Trades Program is a way to migrate to Canada It is a program that benefits people who do not require a visa to come to look for work
A person who is in the Federal Skilled Trades Program may also qualify for the Federal Skilled Workers Program but generally does not make it to the 400 Express Entry points.
Within the trades, programs are occupations in:
Industrial, electrical, and construction trade
Maintenance and equipment operations
Technical works in natural resources, agriculture
Production related to processing, manufacturing
Service Supervisors
Central control operators, cooks, butchers, and bakers.
